We warrant that your USDA graded beef will be as described and that it will arrive in a timely way in good condition. We stake our reputation on it. Should there be any problems, please notify us by phone the next business day after you receive the shipment. Shipments that are defective in any way will be replaced or your money will be refunded. We do reserve the right to investigate the circumstances of the problem. As all shipment are perishable please insure you are able to accept delivery as there are no refunds for products delivered on time! All purchases are shipped from our Distribution Center by UPS 3 Day Select. No signature is required for shipments. Please provide a local street address to ensure delivery.
