Shipping Information
We ship orders in a reusable, insulated cooler with dry ice, which insures that your products arrive frozen and in excellent condition.
Standard shipping is via UPS 3 Day Select. Please allow 1 day for
processing on all orders. The estimated delivery time will be approximately
4 to 5 business days from the time of order.
The delivery charge for the first item in a given zone is determined by your location using the zone chart below. Shipping for every additional item in the same zone will be at half the price on the zone chart.
Add $30 if you want to use UPS 2nd Day Delivery.
To ensure you receive the highest quality 14-day aged steak, and to reduce problems with delivery, all orders will ship via UPS on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday
of each week. No signature will be required. Your product will be left
at the destination address should you not be at the shipping address at the time of delivery. In case of gifts, please be sure to alert the recipient that a perishable gift will be delivered to them. Our shipping schedule is based on orders placed before 10
am CST. For orders placed after 10 am , please add 1 additional day.

To guarantee delivery, we must have proper and complete addresses. Sorry, we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or A.P.O. and F.P.O. addresses. We'll gladly deliver to rural routes with complete addresses and telephone numbers.
Optional Gift Messaging is available. You will have an opportunity to enter a gift message during the checkout process.
Shipping & Terms
ARRIVAL
We pack your meat so that it arrives to you at the peak of flavor and tenderness. Should your Littlefield Ranch steaks arrive slightly thawed don’t panic … they can be refrozen or you may place them in your refrigerator to continue the thawing process.
We went to special lengths to provide all Littlefield Ranch Prime Beef products in a unique package that locks in freshness and delivers a steak with a beautiful, bright red color. This normal and natural “bloom” is intentional. On occasion, during shipment, the package may become covered causing your steak to have a darker red color — this is acceptable and will return to its bright red color upon thawing.
HANDLING
When your Littlefield Ranch Prime Beef arrives you may place it directly into a freezer for use at a later time, or merely place the items into the refrigerator and allow to thaw (per thawing directions) if you don’t have the willpower to wait.
Within the box you may find Dry Ice. Always handle Dry Ice with care and use a protective cloth or leather gloves whenever touching it. An oven mitt or towel will work. If touched briefly it is harmless, but prolonged contact with the skin will cause injury similar to a burn. KEEP AWAY FROM CHILDREN.
STORAGE
While your Littlefield Ranch Prime steaks and filets may be stored frozen, for the ultimate flavor and tenderness you should prepare the product within six months of arrival.
